The order status has been "AWAITING FULFILLMENT" for 4 weeks without any explanation. The acknowledgment of receipt of the order specifies: "sometimes deliveries to us are a day or two slower than usual". OK, but not 4 weeks
The impact of the Coronavirus COVID-19
may be an explanation but does not prevent them from responding to e-mail and justifying such a long delay for delivery.
I will have to open a case with PayPal to get the refund.
