As a healthcare worker and needing my car for work I was extremely worried when I discovered that the part on my Toyota IQ that had failed was discontinued by Toyota particularly as it meant an MOT failure. I was given advice as to what part was needed and Mike found and supplied the part, unfortunately I had been wrongly advised and the part was incorrect, I eventually (with my husband's help) got the correct part number, also a discontinued part, Mike came up trumps again,
and not only found the correct part but refunded and took back the incorrect part, even although it was my fault, Terrific service and really helpfull cannot praise enough.
In case anyone was wondering, I am Josephine, Davids Wife.

They reply very fast and deliver in time, even if the products are in Japan warehouse. Ignore the couple of bad reviews, it was a pandemic, everyone had problems.

Nothing happens, I’ve been waiting 2.5 weeks now and still status: ”Awaiting Fulfillment”

No answers to email or contact form. I have to ask PayPal return my money.

Edit: I got an answer from Mike and everything was fine after that. I got the package today after 4 week from ordering. Exact right OEM parts.
