"Not a customer oriented company"

Not a customer oriented company by any stretch. Received a Giftly card as a gift. Tried to use it several times and it was rejected. Emailed Giftly and was told that we were trying to charge more then the given card amount. We tried again at our local restaurant and gave the cashier strict instructions on adding only the given amount to the card. Again, rejected. Emailed Giftly again and received the same instructions. I have sent photos of the card and all pertinent information, but ... At his point I think I am going to return the card to the gift giver with a warning to not use this company.

"Amazing customer service"

Giftly is an amazing company with awesome customer service! I sent a gift card to my friend for her birthday in February but realized today (March 3) that I actually typed in the wrong phone number and she never received it! I reached out to Giftly customer service and inquired if there was any way possible for them to see if the gift card had been redeemed and if not, would it be possible to resend it to the right number. I thought for sure there was nothing they could do for me and that I would just lose that money, but I decided to try anyway. I was soooo floored when Colleen sent me a response to my email stating “No problem! We can help you and get the gift card to the right person.” I couldn’t believe it! I was so happy that my friend would finally get her card and that I didn’t lose my money!! I will definitely be purchasing more gift cards from Giftly in the future!

I wanted to send my 10yr old grandson a birthday surprise. He received it the very next day via text message . This was special and I will do it again for someone else. He loves UDF shakes and told me "Thank you very much!"

My father in law went to use the golf giftly card, they refused it and said they have never heard of it.
Looked it up and giftly said you have to accept the gift card and change it to a pre paid visa card pay pal payment.
What's the point in buying a gift card

This was great! I wanted to send my daughter and husband a gift card for their anniversary, and it allowed me to send a gift card for a nice restaurant that didn't have e-gift cards. Awesome! I will use Giftly in the future.
