Having used Dale Saunders plumbing to refit my bathroom, I asked them to return to fit my kitchen. A thoroughly professional service was provided. Bobby is an exceptional tradesman and kept me advised and consulted on every aspect and even tweaked things just to ensure I was happy with the end products. None of the plumbing was easy work as the house is over 100 years old and quite a challenge. Many thanks for the good work.

I needed to have an existing toilet removed and a replacement installed, the problem being that the soil pipe is too far from the wall for a conventional toilet to fit. Danny came to do an initial visit and suggested a vanity style toilet unit to solve the problem. Harrison and Jamie did a superb job, carrying out the work in a very efficient and professional manner. Both were friendly and polite and it was a pleasure having them here. From my initial enquiry to completion of the work, the whole team responded promptly and kept me informed. I would have no hesitation in using Dale Saunders again and highly recommend their services to others.

I am absolutely thrilled to bits with the work and workmanship of Dale and Bobby, who came to fit new pipes my kitchen and to fit and connect a hand-built sink unit and ceramic sink, in what was originally a badly plumbed old flat. I received a very quick and professional response to my initial enquiry from Dale, and extremely helpful advice. Bobby, who put in all the new copper pipework, is a real craftsman and has taken enormous care and pains and labour to do a thorough and perfect job in what was a very difficult and awkward state of affairs in my kitchen.

Dale Saunders Ltd is one heck of a company to deal with! It was so nice to speak to a lovely lady in the office in the first instance, rather than an answer phone, to which I would normally hang up. She soon arranged for our job to be done, and from the moment each of the guys came in, they treated my husband and I, and our home, with respect and friendliness, which was second to none. They all worked hard and were extremely knowledgeable in their field, and tidied up when they finished each day. They were such lovely guys, and we felt very at ease in their company, most trustworthy, we had no worries. And I must say the tiler left us with a stunning job! But really guys you were all superb. YOU’RE SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
