We had a slightly complicated boiler replacement & relocation that seemed too complicated for some of the other companies that quoted us. Dale came & immediately knew what had to happen, was swift, polite & efficient- not to mention the quote being cheapest, I think because he understood the situation & how to sort it without any bother. The work was carried out in two days, the engineers worked flat out while they were here, they cleaned up each day & were very courteous. Throughout the process we were kept informed & up to date. So glad we found Dale Saunders, they will be our go to now.

Dale is professional and true to his word and adds the personal touch not greedy either.
We had just moved into a older property and were all over the place as there are lots of jobs that could be done instead Dale gave us good advice telling us to live with it for awhile to really know what we needed and helped us stay on track without taking advantage as so many would🤓
The team were hard working professional arrived on time on the dot and stayed till the job was done often working late.Jay did the bulk of our work he is a very skilled plumber and very personable smiling and pleasant even when coming up against problems with excellent communication as the job moved on.when our cat decided to go under the floorboards Jay was wonderful,concerned and understanding.Harrison the younger member of the team was very hard working and Dedicated and worked very well on his own.Extremely polite and also smiling despite caming up against problems and working in difficult circumstances.
I couldn’t of asked for a better company also stuck to their quote.
Highly recommend I can’t wait to use them again!
