I booked an exclusive 10 day Western Canada experience for a blue chip corporate group through Entree Destinations Canada. My clients wanted luxury accommodation in Banff at the Fairmont Banff Springs, a 2-day experience on the Rocky Mountaineer, touring in Vancouver with an overnight stay there right in the midst of one of the city's busiest weeks (I think musical juggernauts - Coldplay or some other act were playing in the city but Entree still managed to secure my clients a 5-star stay at the Pan Pacific) a 3-night package with bear viewing at Sonora Resort on Vancouver Island. From the moment I sent off an email with my initial requirements, to the very end of the trip, Entree Destinations Canada and very specifically - the wonderful Beatrice Barton - (SENIOR GROUP SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER) were incredible to deal with.
Entree Canada and Beatrice did all the heavy lifting right through from logistics and the juggling of dining menus and rooms types, to managing client needs, on the ground. They arranged personal gifts for my clients to be made available to them on arrival in Calgary, they managed last minute changes and conducted all arrangements with such aplomb, and professionalism.
