I went to view a rental property, scanned and submitted an application as I was asked to, then all of a sudden I was told I needed a guarantor, so I got back to them with details of a guarantor that I found, then I just received absolute silence. No replies to my emails. No phone calls. I'm absolutely disgusted at how I've been treated.

Been a while since i rented privately but this team and Ashley in particular made it a very smooth transition especially moving from scotland to liverpool, they are always on top of issues, very friendly but also professional at same time, genuinley cant fault these guys. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and definitley very approachable.

What can I say, Keybanks were brilliant from start to finish, the staff are lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, thank you so much to Joe who was always pleasant and helpful and went out of his way.
Ash was amazing and was always there with advise and support, I feel like part of the keybank family now and feel I have made 2 new friends ,you are both a credit to the company and they are lucky to have you.
I have bought and sold quite a few houses and this was by far the best experience I have ever had.

"Lettings maintenance department woeful"
Apologies in advance for the length of this review. If I could give them no stars I would. I’m really disappointed with this agent. Continual let downs and promises made which did not materialise. This relates to dealings with Patrick whose role I’m still really not sure of.
Back in Early July 2018 I went into the office and approached a lady whose name escapes me who was helpful enough. I explained we were owner occupiers of a property which ajoined one of their managed rentals and there was a problem with their landlords roof as two tiles had slipped off our roof one narrowly missing my wife’s brand new car. I was given a name and an email address. In the email I requested this be repaired as we share a party wall with this property and did not want damp issues in our house. I was emailed back and told the problem was on our roof and not the neighbours. I requested Patrick to come out to meet me at the property took pictures and still from what I know he never visited the property (a 5minute drive from their office) the property except to send a contractor on a drive past. Who somehow drew the conclusion this was also on our side of the roof. Eventually my wife emailed haven’t taken very large pictures and did a wee drawing (very obvious if you ask me where the boundaries started and finished) finally Patrick replied after an exchange of 7 or 8 emails acknowledging the problem was with the property they managed and promised to have this fixed within a week or so. Great! Progress I thought. However six weeks later give or take nothing had been done. I went their office and was fed some nonsense about “oh I thought that had been dealt with” a phone call to a contractor was made in front of me promising to have this repaired within a week. Finally after 6 months from the start of this whole process and we were another 4/6 weeks with nothing done. We have had a roofer at our cost repair the neighbours roof. Really not acceptable. I’m not sure about Keybanks as an entire business but I am really annoyed by having to chase them continually and getting either no response or false promises.
