The ordering process was very simple and the chairs were delivered quickly. They are exactly as described and Iove them! The only small frustration is the assembly instructions seemed to be for a slightly different chair back, that needed additional screws, which were no where to be found. We were concerned we would have to go to the hardward store to get these screws. It took a good while for us to figure out we did not need them for this model.

The table is beautiful! I’m using it as a bedside table in a guest room and it looks so good! I considered canceling the order and when I did customer service reached out and answered all my questions and the table actually arrived three days later. I would highly recommend using Bison for your needs on their products.

"Not worth it."

This furniture is as heavy as rocks and as fragile as a Faberge egg. Not only was it wholly unsurprising that it was damaged on arrival (and it was), but it's almost impossible to assemble without damaging it more. At least it was cheap and, I guess you get what you pay for. I'll be amazed if it lasts a year.

I purchased several pieces of Versa Winter Oak bedroom furniture on a Friday morning. It was delivered by the following Sunday. Absolutely incredible shipping time! The furniture's quality is far better than I expected for such a reasonable price, and assembly is very easy, so I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Overall, I could not be happier. I was skeptical at first because their price was about 40% cheaper than wayfair and Walmart. I got the bedframe in about a week and I've been happy with it.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered one table. It arrived & I love it. I wasn’t sure if I was going to have enough room for a second end table but once the couch came in, there was plenty of room. So, I ordered a second end table. The table showed delivered. The picture provided by fedex in the delivery tracking was clearly not my address. I emailed Bison customer service and they basically said the tracking shows delivered so they can’t do anything about it. I included the picture from fedex that showed it was delivered to the wrong place. I am out the money & have no table to show for it. Highly disappointed
