End Table is very sturdy. Not difficult to assemble. Like the rustic look. Would have liked to know what the wood originally was used for.

"Beautiful looking shelves - difficult to assemble "

BisonOffice shipped the product promptly and it was delivered undamaged. The shelves look beautiful, the wood color and the contrast with the black metal frame.
However, assembling it is difficult and the experience is frustrating; assembling can’t be done per instructions, I had to be creative and simplify it to be able to use these shelves.
First, there are no holes in the wood shelves for to all the tall screws; second, some of the existent holes do not align; third, the shelves can’t be put into the frames as shown in the instructions.
What I ended up doing is put 7 of the 8 small screws in the frames (8th set of holes did not align so I jammed one of the smaller screws in there and put some tape on top; it’s underneath so not visible) and then lay the wood shelves on the frames (which are now held together by those screws) and let gravity work to keep them in place. They are a tight fit so unless it’s turned upside down, it should stay in place.
That being said the experience was frustrating and I am concerned that if I need to move the shelves to a different location in the house they may fall apart after all, and it will all end up in the trash; I personally would not buy it again and if I hadn’t recycled the boxes I would have returned them.

I had some items that were damaged during the shipping process. After contacting bison and informing them what had occurred, they were very nice and professional about my concerns. After sending photos of the damage furniture, bison replaced the damage furniture immediately. The process of re-shipping took no more than 3 days. Other than the shipping issue with the furniture, the furniture is great quality and is beautiful to look at. I will be buying my furniture from bison again because I had a no hassle experience and getting replacement items that was no fault of bison or mine.

I searched for a small table for my entryway for five years. This table was the perfect size & the cherry finish matches my other furniture.
The package arrived within a few days and the table was in perfect condition.
Assembly was easy. I couldn’t be more pleased!

"Outdoor Fireplace Review Spring 2025"

Love the outdoor fireplace- bigger than I thought it was going to be. Super easy to put together- I did it by myself in an hour. In general, came through the mail in a reasonable time. Looks really nice- but it does feel a little pricey for what it actually is. Also, the box came pretty damaged. Luckily most pieces were not damage, except the tile around the exterior of the product. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of contacting the company, sending the box back, or dealing with customer service (since in my experience- never ends well for the consumer), so instead of sending everything back and getting a replacement I just glued together the tile, hoping for the best.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Long story short, I purchased 2 identical end tables and received one that ordered and a different, much cheaper one, repacked into the packaging of the one I ordered. I immediately contacted them and they want me to pay for return shipping AND a restocking fee for a product I never received. Evelin and Rebecca are most unhelpful.
