"Glad I bought it"

I searched for an adjustable height desk for over a month. I settled on this particular one because of the color and the material for the desktop. I wanted a dark desktop with black legs made of a strong composite material since I use 3 monitors on wooden monitor stands. I wanted the scratch/dent/water resistance that a composite material offers. I found this same desk on two different retailers and when I contacted Bison through those websites, they told me that they could not offer a discount nor would they price-match. A few days later, the desk was pretty steeply discounted on their own website (but not the other two). While it didn't make sense to me, I took my win where I could get it and ordered the desk. It took about an hour to put together by myself (I'm 5'3" and 100lbs) and I had very little issues. Use a drill - you'll never get all the screws in using a screwdriver by hand. The desk is quiet when moving and very sturdy. I highly recommend this desk.

"A Timely Experience"

What I really appreciated ordering and working with Bison was the timliness of all activity from ordering the product to email follow-ups to delivery and more follow-up. It is always a bit unnerving ordering larger items on-line because of the possibility of damage or loss of a component package while in transit. And of course, the charged amount immediately appears on your card, and you start to wonder if you've done the right thing. If a confirmation e-mail and/or a follow-up listing of what was ordered, the expected delivery date and number of packages isn't received in a timely fashion, the worrying starts. BisonOffice was wonderful and attentive through the entire process. It was my first order through them and all was worry free, the directions easy to follow and the product exactly what I expected and wanted.
