The chairs were exactly what I wanted! I tried to get 2 chairs like these at a furniture store but they could only get one. I did a quick search and this chair popped up, the exact same chair, and was half the price of the one at the store! So i got my 2 chairs for the price of one in the store and they came in one week. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately shipped me wrong products twice. Received the correctly ordered item the third time. Customer service was very responsive and easy to talk. Not sure why their warehouse got it wrong multiple times. Price was better than other companies.

"BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK "

I emailed them in advance asking the seat height of some barstools I liked as it wasn’t included in the spec description. They responded that the seat height is 24”, which is exactly what I need having a shorter island.

The barstools arrived and are 26.5” tall, and they’re simply too tall. I feel like I’m slouching over my island to eat. To return, I’m responsible for a few hundred $ in shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, despite the fact that all of this could have been avoided if they would have sent me a accurate seat height in the first place. DO NOT buy from them.
