I have been having physio at Swineshead medical centre by Marij who was very welcoming and put me at ease. She helped ease my shoulder pain over a few sessions and has given me an exercise plan to do at home to keep my pain manageable. I would highly recommend Marij to anyone

I had treatment with Aleena at GP surgery. I never had this treatment like this before.Aleena was very nice and humble.She explained evwrything clearly to me and gave me very good treatment.
My back pain is gone now. She is very a good physio. I would love to see and get treated from her again.

Marij is lovely. She listened and tailored her care to suit my needs. She has shown me numerous exercises and given me paperwork so I can continue them at home. My problem has improved since seeing Marij and I sure with time and following her advice and help it will get even better.

Tamanna gave great advice and carried out an examination of my knee. Various exercises to strengthen knee and make joint less painful. Exercises have worked well. Would recommend.
