I had an appointment with Tamanna,after my rotary cuff operation,she welcomed me in ,explained everything to me what my aim was without pushing myself to hard ,gave me exercises to carry out at home which was very helpful,so thank you very much for the treatment,it was 1st class,👍

Dhruvika was fantastic throughout my Physio. Very caring, friendly, conscientious and listened each week to any concerns I had.
The exercises I was given each week were tailored to my needs and always clearly explained so I knew exactly what I was doing.
I left each week feeling looked after and the pain eased with each visit.
The team as a whole were more than accommodating and made sure I was able to attend appointments at times best suited to me and my travel to get there.
Highly recommend the company and in particular the team in Spalding.

Over 4 sessions of physiotherapy Tamanna Tasnim got me walking without a limp and pain free. I cannot fault the treatment l received. She listened to me, gave me excellent advice and a comprehensive exercise chart which worked wonders. I thought it would be months before l was on my way to recovery but it just took a few weeks.
