"PetStay "

Our 9 year old Border Terrier recently stayed with Jill at PetStay. I was worried as she hadn’t stayed with anyone other than us before. I need not worry. Ian was very organised and informative arranging her stay and Jill was amazing. Our dog settled so well when we took her for a visit and when we dropped her off to stay. We had regular updates and I loved that when we picked her up she went over to Jill before we got in the car for a thank you and bye cuddle/pat which showed she enjoyed her time.

I am so pleased to have found this service. Our dog Otto seemed to love being at Julies and was really chilled and happy when we picked him up. She sent some lovely photos of him enjoying family life with then and it meant we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing that he was happy. Thank you so much

Information on the process was very useful and informative. A real home from home for my dog. Janet kept me informed on how my dog was settling in and with photos. Very flexible when my flight was delayed by fog
This will be my first choice next time I Have to leave my dog behind.

"Seamus "

Seamus , our dog, spent a week with Pam and Alex while we were on holiday. This is his third or fourth time staying with them.
Pam and Alex treat Seamus extremely well and he loves staying with them.
We feel very comfortable leaving him knowing that he’s in safe hands and being well looked after.
I’ve said in a previous review that the service given was perfect and it was perfect once again.

"With just 24 hours before our flight…"

With just 24 hours before our flight left I had a call from Sophia to say unfortunately our dog sitters Carolyn and Martin would not be able to look after Jack as Carolyn’s mum had had a bad fall.
Within a couple of hours Sophia had contacted Tracey and Mark who kindly said they would be able to look after Jack.
Next morning I took Jack to there home, Jack soon settled in, sleeping on their bed, snoring all night.
A big thank you for helping us out at such short notice Tracey and Mark.
Thank you Sophia for all your help at such short notice.
Carolyn’s told me her mum was hopefully leaving hospital soon and we would like to wish her a speedy full recovery.
We would always recommend PetStay, very professional, always reliable and the very best carers for everyone’s dog.
