Bought 2 hard drives and when I had to return them it took a month and several emails the last one i had to threaten a charge back they finally refunded but hit me with a 25% restock fee on an item not even taken out of the package.

The drive was revived well packed but unfortunately DOA - unable to format. This “new” drive has a manufacturing date of 2/2011.
I will be contacting the company for an ROA.

Good price, quick delivery. I would purchase again from TechPartz. Note that the the online order platform will reject orders placed using a VPN connection, and may not notify the buyer. Once I found this out, I placed a second order without a VPN connection, which completed with no issues.

Tried to cancel the order once i noticed 1 TB on a drive had changed to a 500 GB with a price of $110.00. The tech rep, said "it was clearly marked, YADA" and to return just refuse the shipment. The there is a 25% restocking fee. The rep was a pain, couldn't understand him for the most part. Told him he was loosing a customer. Yeah, right, sure! I'll buy from someone with acceptable practices and policies.
