didn't send the part as overnight as we paid for. It also seems if I didn't bring up the issue it would been sent a couple of days later. We received the part three days from the time ordered on Monday and received on Thursday.

I could literally fill out volumes regarding the horrendous customer service of this company. First of all, they appear to be a re-seller and do not stock any items.The importance of this follows... I ordered hard drives due to a critical system failure. Initially they were very responsive. I spent $51 to fedex 3 drives overnight. I did receive the drives the next day but only 2 of them. I promptly emailed them and they said they would check with their shipper....This is when the promptness faded off. All of these details and emails are date tracked so there is no confusion.....I contacted them SEVERAL hours later after no response and they said they were going to overnight me another drive. That's fine, would have just appreciated the notice from them earlier as my company was effectively shut down due to not having the third drive to set up the server. I received the drive the next morning. I explained my business loss for an entire day to their failure to send the 3rd drive. I asked for some sort of consideration for my considerable loss. I would have been happy if they just said we will comp you on that one drive (its only $30). They said the best they could do was refund me 30% of my $51 initial fedex charge...Ridiculous!!! They even had the gall to tell me that they paid for shipping twice when a common sense person knows that I paid for the first shipping and that they paid their supplier the money for shipping that I already paid. Then they only paid to ship the item THEY forgot to send....Furthermore, they said that THEY TOOK MY WORD that I didnt receive the third drive...Incredible accusation for something their vendor didnt do....I am completely offended that a company would make an accusation. Furthermore, their supplier would have most likely absorbed the cost since they neglected to ship on for the seller.......In addition, when i first made them aware that i wanted some resolution, they conveniently forget to get back to me until I contacted them again days later. I have all the emails and there is no denying their lack of care for me as a customer and the accusations they made towards me. This is only my experience and hopefully it wont happen again.
