I was really nervous about getting a mortgage, change of circumstances and did rate my credit rating. Every step of the way I was spoken to with respect, credit score spoken through and it was actually ok (daft bank that I’ve banked with for years declining me). The only bad part is the dreaded wait for affordability checks but this is standard everywhere! And all the chasing was done for me, they came back quicker than the lenders standard sla and currently timescales.
As a first time buyer I asked lots of questions but nothing was no trouble. Tom was my main contact but there were several experts they deal with separate bits m. The chat function is great and the ability to book calls at my time quickly. Seamless

We have just completed on a mortgage which honestly we didn’t think we’d get due to a few adverse credit problems, this company succeeded where others have failed. There were a few hiccups and we had several different case workers however everyone was lovely and sorted out problems as and when they came. Tom are mortgage advisor adapted his style to us but a big shoutout to Jason the financial advisor who was exceptionally patient with me and beyond helpful, he made the whole process so easy he deserves extra recognition

I have no words to express how happy I am with this company. These people are absolutely amazing! They have been very helpful through the process and with us at every step of the way. We came to them when we lost all of our hopes and in a matter of weeks they have managed to get us an offer from the bank.
Brad has been exceptionally great, he has answered all of our questions very quickly and explained each step of the process as we have gone along.
I highly recommend them and I hope that other mortgage brokers take a leaf out of their book!

Haysto has been amazing since Day 1! The first step was getting a call from Paul who was very helpful and took the time to listen and to understand my situation. I was then introduced to several members of the team - Jamie, Glynn, Russell, and Nadia -- who all helped efficiently to progress my application in record time. 5 days from my call with Paul, my mortgage application was submitted, and then 2.5 working days after, I got my mortgage offer. I am well pleased with how efficient everyone was and I really felt that they had the intention of helping me and finding the best deal possible! It felt like they were all working hard to get things moving as soon as possible, as they knew how anxious and stressed I was with my situation. The service everyone has provided and my experience with Haysto has been very impressive. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs specialist mortgages. All is not lost! There is always a chance for a fresh start and my mortgage team in Hayato has helped me with this. Special shout out to Glynn who also was very patient and committed to looking for the best and suitable insurance policies for me and my husband, despite some challenging obstacles. But best of all is Jamie, who is an absolute STAR and the MVP of my Haysto customer journey! He was very patient with all my questions and chasers. He helped in any way he can and has gone above and beyond to make sure that the process and the customer experience are still seamless and efficient, even after the mortgage offer stage. Every person I've dealt with was helpful, empathetic, and committted to getting and delivering the best outcome for the customer. Professional, Honest, open and hard working is how I would describe Haysto employees.

Due to some past issues we understood there would be some potential barriers to qualify for High street rates.

After researching various specialist brokers and reading reviews online we finally decided to register our interest with Haysto.

Kane our mortgage specialist was brilliant, understanding of our needs, explained the process in detail and didn’t lead us down a garden path. He set the expectations and gave us a clear indication as to what would be available to us, Clear and concise information.

We then spoke to Georgia our Mortgage advisor, Georgia was a breath of fresh air, always on hand, available for the many questions we had, she was understanding, reassuring and wholly professional but also so personal throughout the process.

Hugely grateful that we had the pleasure of dealing with Georgia throughout this journey as I must admit it was absolutely exhausting at times, it wasn’t at all what we expected with us being first time buyers. However luckily we had a great team of like minded individuals to guide us through the past 5 weeks.

We now have an offer, instructed solicitors, Surveyor booked, hopefully on our way to completion and picking up the keys to our first home.
