"Just when I thought I would never get my remortgage….."

My mortgage application was not straightforward so say the least. I had been knocked back by several other brokers or promised things that never materialised. I decided to sign up with Haysto. In terms of technology they are head and shoulders above any other broker I have come across. Their portal is easy to manage and lets you get regular updates from your broker. You can easily book a call etc. I dealt with Jamie and Nadia and whilst yes we had difficult conversations about my case, one thing is clear- they were always actively pushing the lender for updates and backing my side. I was so glad when I completed at a LTV substantially higher than what anyone else could offer. Would I recommend Haysto? Yes without a shadow of a doubt. When they say they deal with complicated cases and get them over the line- they really mean it. If someone is at a similar juncture that I was at and is reading this message wondering whether to take the plunge and contact “now another mortgage broker” to go through the gruesomely long list of demands, and paperwork, then I would say don’t hesitate, go for it. You will find this process far easier than others. You will find communication far better than others and you will see progress far sooner than others. I really mean what I say. I commend all the team at Haysto particularly Jamie, Anna and Nadia. Well done guys.

Haysto were excellent to deal with right from the initial phone call. They managed to secure me a mortgage with ease based on my unique circumstance where other brokers had failed. I was kept updated throughout the process and I received my mortgage offer exactly 2 weeks after the first phone call. Happy to recommend Haysto to anyone.

I would recommend using Tom Howard (mortgage adviser). Amazing service, would definitely recommend. Not too sure about the case managers as they change quite often (think I ended up with about 4/5 different people handling my case over the period) hence 4* not 5* but Tom was great.

"Tom and Anna were great"

Tom and Anna were great. Having progressed with another broker for almost 8 weeks and had an offer accepted to only be completely messed around for docs and ultimately the offer withdrawn. Having found my dream house Haysto was my last chance to not lose the house of my dreams.

The app is a good way to track progress and all steps super clear.

Gave 4/5 due to 2 things:
All Haysto numbers were blocked as spam from my phone and the online app didn't generate any notifications either. So has to constantly check the app whilst my Case manager was collecting info.
And the Case manager was probably overwhelmed with the number of cases as I did find I had to chase him to get updates and he was frequently asking for the same information already supplied for a 2nd or 3rd time. Good job I'm good with admin and keep track of stuff as found him not the easiest to deal with.

Like I said, worth trying Haysto if normal lending avenues are not available. They were great and I would recommend them to others.

The guy on call seems like not interested in his job at all. He was desperately waiting for me to hang up and not willing to answer anything clearly. No solution provided whatsoever. I personally felt not so important customer

Haysto helped get me a mortgage approved after I had been rejected elsewhere due to being on a Debt Management Plan.
Everyone I spoke to at Haysto was very friendly and helpful, and very thorough in getting all the evidence needed to show I am now responsible and safe to lend to, after getting through a bad period during COVID that left a big mark on my credit file.
Haysto clearly have good contacts too, so know suitable lenders who will properly look at each individual case, instead of auto rejecting based on the credit file alone.
I am now on my way to buying my new house, just waiting for the solicitor side of things as there is a chain, but thanks to Haysto I have the mortgage fully confirmed.

Like most, it's always a difficult and anxious journey when buying a house. The team from the initial application process being with Jordan, to Eddie, Richard, Lucy and Glynn, all were really great in assisting with the process. Chasing the lender stage is always an anxious time, but I can't fault the team. They did what they could within their remit. My mortgage offer has since been approved.
