Good company, great product and service. Living as an expat in AU, I depend on my Flashrouter to let me access US content as well as to provide an added layer of security to my home network. I ordered my last router on a Tuesday, and had it in my hands, in Australia by Friday afternoon. Fully configured for my VPN service so that all I needed to do was plug in, enter my username and password and was off and running within minutes. Thank you!

I am not very tech savvy but the folks at FlashRouters got me up and running in no time. When I had further issues that weren't even to do with the router software, the tech supports were all over it and had it solved for me in no time.

Have a Netgear running pre-installed Tomato connected thru my Apple router to allow choice of using existing wireless or VPN wireless. This configuration was unreliable creating randomly dropped connections and lockouts. Power resets cleared the problem. The Netgear works well when directly connected to the ISP. But, I find that some services like (Netflix) don't work when using VPN. So, I turn off tunneling on the router and run Express VPN on my iMac, iPad and iPhone. I like the router interface that FlashRouters provide but in retrospect, I think the extra expense should have gone to a higher end router.
