No feedback on how many people viewed the ad or saw the publication. I did not want to sell tickets through your sight, that was not in the agreement with the venue. I did not want people to register. I just wanted ad placement. You put my ad in places like GREEN BAY, what the FLUCK. you wont even respond to this feedback. I will likely NEVER do business with you again. I never saw my ad even posted on your site when looking for it on your site. You sucked for me. a waste of money, I want a refund.

They seemed to have thought of all the possible situations for event planning, yay! Navigating the site is a little confusing, though, and when you click on links in the email summaries they send, rather than going directly to your event, you have to sign in and hunt for it.

"More robust than we need, makes it a little unweidly"
The event creation portion of events.com is more complex than we need. I see how other, larger, events would need more robust features, but we're a relatively small festival. It's just a bit of a hassle to try to wade through all of the different screens to determine which information we need to fill in that is applicable to us... and then re-submit the info because some portion of the form that isn't relevant to us is required before we can move on. We like events.com to get our event out into the world, but it seems to take us more time to create our event on this site than it does on others'.

Have used events.com for years. Super easy to set up and manage registration! Have been so fortunate to work with Andrea there who answers all my questions, and quickly troubleshoots any issues that arise, she is the absolute best!!
