Needed some unbound documents printed. Their website is easy to navigate, love the set up and to be able to choose what thickness paper is a nice added touch. Received in a timely manner. Will most definitely use this company again for my printing needs.

The book has been printed and bound with such great quality. It looks like an actual magazine. And I got it a day early. I’m so grateful with how it looks. Thank you so much. If I was the one receiving this, I’d be so grateful. I’m truly happy with the result.

"Quite faffy"

I had issues with uploading my files firstly, but I did manage in the end.

I got 2 booklets printed – one 8-page and one 17-page. The 8-page one came fine.

The 17-page one, I couldn’t edit the PDF to add extra pages as I don’t have PDF editing software, so I was aware blank pages would be added - but that was fine as I’d be making notes anyway. When I uploaded my file to the site there was a clear choice – “option 1: insert blank pages at the end of your file; or option 2: Insert blank pages before the last page of your file. Use this option to preserve the last page as cover.” I chose option 2, thinking that was perfect.

The 17-page booklet came printed as neither option 1 nor option 2, the blank pages were inserted at random in between the last pages of my file, and the back cover was not my last page, as chosen for my order.

I reached out and felt like I had to argue my case with the customer rep that the booklet was printed incorrectly. They didn’t reply after 2 days so I had to email again stating that yes, blank pages were going to be added but they were added in at random and not in the way I had chosen. They asked me to cut up the booklet before they could reprint it, which I was happy to do.

The reprint came a couple of days later with the pages in the right order. Seemed like a lot of faff in comparison to other companies.
