I was undecided which tour to book but Ms.Hayley Crane emailed the itineraries to me as requested. Hence, it was easy thereafter to pick Imperial Cities as it is on my bucket list. Ms.Hayley is very professional and very prompt in replying to all my queries. As this is the first time I've booked a tour with Door2Door I would not hesitate to recommend it. I am looking forward to my trip end of May24 before I fly back to my home country, Malaysia.

I have recently booked a London weekend theatre trip for my in laws to see phantom of the opera. This trip
Is a gift for their 60th wedding anniversary.
Booking the trip was straightforward, everyone I spoke to was pleasant & helpful.
However, I have been very concerned at the reviews I have seen on Tripadvisor.
Lots of poor quality hotels & pick
Up points being changed etc …
This trip was not cheap & I will be gutted if this special
Occasion is ruined.

I cannot recommend Hayley highly enough, after our holiday was cancelled due to lack of numbers Hayley worked so hard to arrange another holiday which met our requirements. Nothing is too much trouble, highly recommended.
