Unessecary service—you can acquire an Australian visa directly from your embassy and pay for the Visa itself with no extra fees. This company attempted to charge £280 for simply dealing with the paperwork, which is easy enough to do yourself. 2 stars because the lady on the phone was nice enough. However, she's pretty good at her job and almost had me misled that the process is more complicated than it really is, so I would feel obliged to use their services. Fair enough, a jobs a job, but maybe try find a more honest one. ;)
