Johnny was very helpful in explaining the process and answered my questions well. I decided to not progress with my enquiry for personal reasons but if I had I would’ve chosen to continue the process with UIS.

Have waited 4 years to get a visa to sate I am still waiting.
No correspondence from UIS although I have requested many many times
told I could get a 482 visa due to my work but my age goes against that
numerous change of agents no feedback no updates No communication
I have asked for a full refund and still my emails are ignored
I have sought legal advise also
wouldn't recommend this company
