My MT4 had frozen. I could not do any trading whatsoever and so I contacted OQtima Support. They first gave me a list of things to check to see if the problem could be rectified immediately.
When that did not happen they got more serious with the checks I was asked to do, being more indebt. Long story short, they got me up and running and throughout the whole exercise they were in constant contact with me about what they were doing, or wanting me to do. Quite frankly I'm not used to that kind of service online. I'm used to the "leave it with us and we'll see what we can do," service. I always felt like this these people had my best interest at heart during the entire exercise until they got the problem fixed. They did not disappoint and kudos to them all for best efforts given.

Instant help, also I have been selected to have a one on one webinar that I already confirmed with Ras, Didnt quite understand Lots and everybody was giving me constructive answers and useful links that I can check, which I my self would probably never bother to check, but from their recommendation now I will definitely check them all. They Called me and helped me set up accounts. All in all great experience. Never had this kind of attention, after depositing just 100 eur just to try FX trading :P Would recommend any day

Hi Oqtima First i am assured you are a scammer broker. If you are credible broker then you don't block my mt4 after 3 times withdraw. My mt4 block during my trade waiting for my account to get washout. But pair don't reversed and move into more profit. As i contacted you that what are you doing with me during my open trade then you opened my mt4 after 30 minutes and let me close my trade. I have video evidence. Do credible broker do like this.

Secondly when my friend do loss you didn't give anything to him. When he did large profit you demanded many documents even his account was fully verified. Then you gave only capital and his previous loss total 917$. Why not giving his profit. Zafar opened case in your regulation and posting at your social media pages to get justice. Me and my friend zafar will not let you stole zafar's profit. You are a scam broker. Please all viewer stay away and get you withdraw as soon as possible. I have all proof you can get from me. Give profit to Mr. Zafar which he deserve.
