My account stopped working suddenlty and the prices wouldn't update. I contacted support and told me to reinstall MT4 but then I couldn't log in. However, support was able to resolve the problem and I was able to login and the prices were moving again.

Haven't expereinced any issues with them so far. Support is always efficient, and know their stuff. Mt5 is easy to use. I just wish they were offerisng cTrader for copytrading I wanted to use, but anyway I will find them for Mt5
