"Ignored..."

An item I ordered was damaged due to being sent out unprotected in just a plastic bag. It's now been 2 weeks without a response to my email or follow up live chat attempt. Will be avoiding in future, and advising others that ask about the store to do the same.

My order was cancelled after a week without any explanation.
Money will come back probably (thanks for Paypal) but they are still not answering to my questions why this happened...

Reply to BoardGamer: Yes I have got an automated email but the reason was not mentioned at all.
And when I put up the question in PM on Facebook I have got a "thumb up" back from you nothing else. Thats why I`ve titled my review "Zero communication".
But at least now I know the answer..

Update: after this conversation they came back to me straight away with a detailed explanation. Two stars upgraded to four.
