I ordered a game 2 weeks ago and have no information about delivery. I have called them several times, email and tried the chat. There is zero response from support and they just toke my 60 euro from my account.

Edit: they got back to me today by mail, and let me know that the game is out of stock and offered me a refund. I wish I would have gotten a response sooner just.
