Where do I even start with this company? After looking for a courier service for our business we came across courier logistics, they were local to us, and they offered overnight shipping, we thought we'd hit the jackpot! However we weren't aware that this company have an extroridany talent for swerving their way around ever answering any questions with a straight answer. honestly, they could put any politician to shame. I'm sure learning to dodge questions like Boris dodges the hairdresser must be part of their company training! I digress.
After being being sucked in by their super shiny, enticing honey trap, we sent our first lot of parcels with them and everything went smoothly, however It was like one of those first dates where you're suckered in by the big pearly white smile, and the striking personality, only to later find out that the pearly whites were actually dentures, and the striking personality was actually just 10 shots of vodka talking.
Then comes round 2... 1 damaged parcel, and a couple of parcels were delivered late. Its not the end of the world, I mean, even Brad Pitt has flaws, so we let it slide.
Round 3... 1 damaged parcel, and a large amount of orders not delivered for 5 days despite us paying for an overnight service. It was at this point that we discovered that we had not infact found a great local company, what we had in fact stumbled across was a game of poker, one we didn't sign up for and in which we kept losing, despite always having the best hand.
As always, like an ex who's on their 100th chance, we were promised it was a mistake, they'd do better, they'd put it right and slap a big shiny bow on it for good measure, and like an unsuspecting carp in a fishing lake, we fell for it hook line and sinker.......
More parcels lost, more parcels damaged, parcels delivered to the wrong address, contents missing from parcels, parcels not being delivered for up to a week, all while being charged £9.45 per parcel for the privilege. After complaining to our account manager numerous times, being talked over, and her giving us more excuses than a child whos dog has eaten their homework, she finally slipped up and admitted that they couldn't honour the overnight service. Apparently we had been sent an email about this 6 months before our business even existed. Now I'm no clair voyant expert, I've never used a crystal ball, but for them to know that we would become customers of theirs 6 months before we even opened our business is either a little far fetched, or they have a serious talent for seeing into the future, and if that's the case, then quite frankly they are in the wrong career. What they infact meant was that, they already knew they couldn't guarantee an overnight service well before we signed a contract with them, despite them guaranteeing us an over night service and thus charging us for one. TUT TUT.
As for the lost/damaged parcels we were just met with more long winded excuses and an overly familiar promise of 'we will look into it'
Still to this day, almost 3 months later we have not been reimbursed for any lost, damaged or late parcels, despite us having numerous disputes open with courier logistics, and us having to refund our customers hundreds of pounds. Gone are the days of the question dodging politicians, instead we are met with a wall of deafening silence, and left with deep empty pockets. It's almost like the 'ever sorry' ex is now ghosting us after finding a new unsuspecting target ......
So my advice to anyone reading this is, if you wouldn't enjoy a game of poker with Boris johnson and your ex, in which you lose your hard earned money then this company probably isn't for you. However, if you have money to lose, enjoy playing hide and seek with your parcels, and take enjoyment in writing emails that never get read, then courier logistics is the perfect company for you.

Staff went Above and Beyond to Resolve an Issue
I had a package with contents that were irreplaceable and had significant value and this company went above and beyond with their additional repackaging and boxing of them to ensure they made it to their destination in one piece.
My experience with them has been positive, and their ability to deliver quickly very impressive.

"Failed on delivery. Deliered to someone else in fact!"
Awful stuff. They failed to deliver a package twice (wasting my time waiting in for them), despite having my full address, mobile phone number and Three-Words location, and then on the third attempt delivered it to someone called 'Lee' at an address that isn't my address here. I don't even know anyone called Lee around here. I'm presuming that delivering packages to the people they are meant for at the addresses they are addressed to is quite important for a delivery company? Apparently not. The first delivery attempt failed as the driver couldn't find my house. The second failed as the drivers stop work at 15:30 so he just took it back to the depot! Third time? Just give it to someone else at a different address. No birthday present for me then. AVOID!

Ordered a tv from Reliant Direct via Amazon on 4/10/2020, delivery scheduled for 7/10/2020 between 07:00 & 1900. Took a day off work for this, it didn’t arrive.
Contacted the local depot the next morning to be told, “the driver couldn’t fit it onto the van” but it would be delivered between 13:52 & 15:52 that day.
It wasn’t.
Called the depot again and was told “the driver couldn’t complete his deliveries as he had to start his collections”.
I then told them NOT to deliver the tv, but to return it to Reliant Direct.
This morning, (10/10/2020), two delivery men from Courier Logistics, (APC), turned up with the tv!
I informed them what had previously happened and told them I would not accept the delivery.
They left, with the tv.
After having missed two delivery slots, totalling 14 hours, turning up unannounced, (after having been told to return the item to Reliant Direct), is totally unacceptable.
What a cowboy outfit!!!!!

"Lies about delivery attempts.. poor service"
I was unfortunate enough to have this company to try to deliver to my things bough on ebay twice... both times they claimed that the driver attempted delivery (a lie), left a card (another lie) and because no one was in (cmon... both deliveries were at the peak of the lockdown) had to take the parcel back to the depot.
I have cctv on my property, so I checked both so-called delivery attempt ... no one came...
What was even more annoying when I drove all the way to Brotherhood to pick it up from there (which I was told to do by a nervous lady over the phone after having waited for around 40 minutes on hold), there was a piece of paper stuck to the door saying that no collections can be made...
Fortunately, I got my parcel 'no collections' or not... but would certainly avoid this courier company going forward...

I noticed an increase in the quality of customer service. Not everything is available for the first day, but 92% of the delivery is the next day.

I was contacted by the customer service through as below and the guys were really nice and deserve five stars, but the system that caused the problem doesn't.
They kindly upgraded my parcel and it as delivered just now (Saturday morning)

They tried to deliver a parcel few days ago, and they left a card,I rearranged deliver for Saturday as I was given this option by the system and I received a confirmation email .
We received a message yesterday that they tried to deliver again, but there was no card left and of course we were not expecting it in tray day.
Today I tried to call which was a long waiting with no answer,I tried the chat and they asked for a proof of my redelivery as they said that they won't deliver on Saturday, they were not helpful and they refused to deliver today, and the earliest is Monday.
Obviously they have a dysfunctional online and customer service system and they don't want even to help to correct their own mistake

Just want to thank the driver John who delivered me a pallet of wood pellets today in Greenhill. The wooden pallet was damaged and could not be taken off the lorry. He unloaded half the bags - and there were a lot! to make it lighter so delivery could take place. The sun was blazing down and it was really hot. Such a helpful and pleasant bloke. Hope this feedback gets to him and his manager. It would have been easy for him just to take it back to the depot. Thanks a million. AG
