I had a verification problem where I couldn't get the requirements right however they managed to help me through their support team which promptly responded whenever I needed them. This is the WORST Company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have been trying to change my email address from my previous work email address; to my new personal email address; despite doing all of this; as per their website; I am now being told that on the handwritten letter I should have put .co.za after Altcoin Trader, every time I call them, I get different information. How difficult is it to update my email address. I am SICK TO THE BACK TEETH OF THIS COMPANY!

I really love the easy to use platform and the unparalleled support team however I dont like the recent changes whereby altcointrader no longer allows processing of withdrawals to countries like Lesotho,Namibia and Botswana . So therefore I really wish they could improve this issue because it leaves some skepticism as to whether we continue using the platform because funds belonging to people coming from the above mentioned countries remain stuck on the platform and inaccessible with no clue until when
