Fabulous from start to finish. S.Webb came to the door and wasn't pushy at all, very knowlegeable and friendly. They had installed over the road and they were pleased so we arranged a new front door. Excellent service and the fitter was great. He was very tidy and did a great job. We are very pleased and can highly recommend. We also visited the showroom which is fabulous! Thanks

Three new windows fitted by the lovely Mark. He clearly takes pride in his work and was friendly polite and tidy. He explained the new vents and showed us how they worked. He was careful with our property and tidied up after himself. The new windows are immaculately fitted and we immediately noticed the difference! This is our second time using this company and we are very pleased with their quality of work and products.

"Let’s find a vulnerable older person"

Let’s find a vulnerable older person and call them every six months to get another window replaced , then move onto the doors. Called and told them to stop calling , advised me been watching too much tv as long as parents said yes they would keep calling. Last time they called to arrange measuring of door I fortunately was there and said go ahead but won’t get paid as we now have power of attorney. The quality of product is poor and workmanship not much better

They deserve Zero stars after the service we received. They postponed the job every single week for a month after we booked the work in with them months in advance. A member of their staff was doing drugs on our property which working and swore at me calling me stupid etc for what I had asked to be done. They then took over a week to finish the work even though they said it would take 3 days max and caused the entire work going on to over run which led to us having to pay other trades more than planned as they had to come back to finish what they couldn’t as TWC were in the way. After the job had finished and we tried to complain we were told we still needed to pay the full amount even though we were told we wouldn’t pay a penny until we were happy. They did absolutely nothing to try to help us with the issues and it was only when we told the manager we had evidence of their member of staff doing drugs on the property and would go to local papers they immediately said they would reduce the amount we owed by what the day rate for trades needed to pay would be. Before we said we had evidence he didn’t care.

The most diabolical company I have ever come across. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

The worst sales experience we have ever received from anyone. We literally just stopped at taking legal action after finally getting 4500 out of 5000 back.
They will suck you into a contract as soon as possible and talk all the talk but they couldn’t even produce a single correct cad drawing, they missed appointment after appointment and when we completely lost faith in them and cancelled they were disgusting to us over the phone. We battled our way to get our deposit back ( 5 months in total and still didn’t receive everything) the finance company we were going through that are in business with them couldn’t even get them to respond to them and when they did finally have a meeting with them TWC turned up without any paperwork or evidence so had to continue. Eventually they agreed to give us back 4500 out of 5000 due to costs incurred.
We have an email from managing director where they say in black and white nothing has been ordered ( obviously it wouldn’t of been as we didn’t have a single sighed off drawing and no measurements) and then when they tried to justify keeping more of our money it was £850 with a reduction on products ordered
I have lost count of the amount of contradictions and lies their director Andy Hill has spun at me. He once said he would need to speak to their legal team. I once called up after again weeks of them avoiding any contact to get this sorted and asked to speak to their legal team. I was told they don’t have one!
Their contract isn’t worth the paper it’s written on and they can be Be very aggressive and rude to you. Sadly they believe whatever they are saying which is the most worrying part.
I would hate for them to deal with anyone vulnerable as it could be so damaging. I am thankful we pulled the plug when we did as I can’t imagine how long it would take them to rectify any issues with the build.

On the carbon copy it has certified competent legal endorsement from CERTASS
It would seem although registered with CERTASS for doors and windows they are not registered to carry out works for conservatories or roofs. The trade number for this is acc no 14-4347 and they are qualified for trade membership, trustmark, competent person domestic glazing and CQ assured window and door repair. Not conservatories or roofs which is what we and many others would fall under.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Did a rubbish job replacing a door, gave up on them coming back to sort so had to get a different company in. Since then they have not stopped calling to sell more! It’s been over 3 years of them calling me at least once a week, I ask them to remove me from their data base and then I block the number! Sure enough a few days later I get another call from them but from a different number! Avoid this company!

Conservatory was meant to be complete before Christmas eventually done by May shoddy workmanship and still having trouble getting someone out to fix ongoing problems with trim’s hanging off and a door very difficult to open and lock
