Had a replacement bedroom window in August 2022.
Pleased with the window and how it was fitted. However the guy who installed the window managed to ruin my new bedroom carpet by dripping rusty water all the way from the window to the bedroom door and onto the landing. Carpet stained!! They offered 100 quid off to clean. Joke. Not only that tipped all rusty water Onto my conservatory roof which won’t come off the tiles. Not to mention all the screws left on there. If I could post pictures on here I would. Will never use this company again. Bodgers

"Don't get ripped off from the comfort of your own home."

Interesting experience - very nice cold caller to the door to arrange an appointment for a quote. Salesman turns up early, measures up and provides a quote for a bay window (so effectively 3 windows) which is over double the amount it cost for me to get both my (large) kitchen windows and door replaced last year. As soon as he heard that information he packed up, whilst stating they wouldn't be the same quality (whilst still inside my house) as TWC products and promptly left. I have no quote, no paperwork, nothing.
Shame on TWC for having the audacity to comment on the cost of everything rising, using techniques like how their prices are about to go up and had he got that far, probably would have taken off some sort of discount, had I agreed to purchase now - blatantly ripping people off, whilst sat on their sofas, in the comfort of their own houses.
Save yourselves money - go to other local companies for these services. You'll get great quality and service elsewhere.

The sales team were great, punctual, polite and honest. The cost was clearly explained, no hard sell, just a friendly relaxed chat. The fitting teams were lovely too, very fast, very tidy, very courteous. The products are wonderful quality, and exactly as specified. Just to finish, I can assure all readers that I am not on the payroll, just really happy to have received good service!

Excellent service and professional workmanship. Would have been 5 stars if the sales team had refrained to call me during the time the fitter was installing the door trying to pressure sell me new windows. If I wanted new windows, I would have ordered them with the new door.
