The platform is engaging and we are quite impressed with the technology used. However, as teacher is remote, student still needs to be prompted especially when they're very young so parent still have to be involved.

"Good Service, Difficult Package"

The Chinese lessons are great! My child is currently enrolled in a pre-school program. The learning materials and homework are interactive - matching, recognising, colouring, speaking, etc. LingoAce teachers practise positive affirmations for kids. I like that the platform has more cartoon videos for extra learning for kids, which you can assess at anytime. Overall, amazing Chinese lessons and platform. Highly recommended.

However, the downside of LingoAce is its lesson packages. LingoAce sells small, medium and big lesson packages. If you want a small/cheaper package, which consists of gifted lessons, LingoAce needs your commitment to advertise them in social media in order to gain points in exchange for the gifted lessons. The advertising frequency can be weekly. Hence, if you know that you cannot commit, make sure you seek clarification from LingoAce and purchase a package that does not need your commitment to advertise LingoAce. A big/expensive package usually does not need an advertising commitment.

The LingoAce customer service communication relies highly on WeChat. The communication is great. I have no exposure to customer service communication via other ways, hence no comment.

My K2 daughter has been enjoying the lingoace programme with gong laoshi. The lessons are interactive and makes learning fun. Our consultant, Jieqi, has also been so helpful and efficient with arranging lessons! A big thank you to her :)

Good interaction between teacher and student. After go for the trial class, my daughter like it so much and we decided to sign up a package for her to continue her learning.
