They booked wrong ticket dates for me in spite of a correctly submitted request. Turned up at the railway station and had to use my personal card to purchase last minute tickets.

It is impossible to claim expenses through their system. They keep rejecting claims for invalid reasons. At first I thought this was careless or deliberate, but now I have an impression that I talk to a chatbot and not a very good one at that.

Slow service and no sense of urgency at all. They have cost people to lose out on cheaper flights due to their inefficiency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible company - but my organisation will not refund travel or accommodation for business trips if we do not use Clarity, so I am forced to use it, even though I despise it.
It is not value for money, I often find cheaper prices online.
The customer service is slow so despite having a price matching process, they do not respond.
The mobile apps are a joke - you can't access your e-tickets for travel until 24hours before you are due to travel, so if you want to check that you have them electronically, and were'nt meant to collect them from a ticket office, you can't until you are basically supposed to travel.

I don't know how this company is till in business. We book by email rather than the website. It is expensive inflexible ignores customer requests and irony of ironies has now placed us on stop for allegedly unpaid bills.
