Worst booking system ever! The website is crying out for a UX designer it is awful the call centre doesn't pick up straight away and the hold music they play is awful.

Yet again, an awful experience of clarity travel which I am forced to use by my university. An error message that they can't remove. Then hung up on. God knows how I am going to make my booking. 90 minutes wasted already.

"Rude call centre staff"
Rude call centre staff. I called from a hotel where they booked a guest in, and called out of courtesy to see when they would be arriving and I was relayed the rules of best western and how we shouldn’t be closing our doors at 10pm. Which we weren’t!! We simply wanted to let the guest know our evening policy. So rude and condescending

Worst travel company to deal with.
Booked for a conference through clarity as part of work travel paid by the hospital. Hotel charged again as probably not paid by Clarity to them. Several emails and phone calls to Clarity and the hotel and not been sorted out by them even after 4 months. Disgraceful customer service.

"Issues every time"
I've had issues all three times I've used it. The website is painfully slow, buggy and non-intuitive and the customer service is tedious. The first time I used it they failed to send me my tickets (I was emailed a dead link) and only received them days before travel after multiple mostly futile emails where I was emailed back by a different person every time.

"The worst travel booking system/portal I've ever encountered"
The Clarity Go2Book system is terrible, more than 50% of the bookings I attempt to make can me made on the system due to some technical issue, and those tat do go through often go wrong after the booking is made. Avoid Clarity and their Go2Book system at all costs!
