"2 rugs"

i ordered 2 rugs and they arrived sooner than expected and were much better than the pictures on the website. This was the third time I've ordered from the Rug Source, and would do it again.

"They refuse returns"

They refused a return saying they were out of business (even stated on the ups return form) . The number they list on the shipment is also disconnnected. Once I tracked them down they are now accusing me of taking more that 14 days to return so they are blaming me and refusing to make this situation right. I sent them original documents of the refusal and they are stating the the time overlasp frees them from any obligation. This is dishonest and wrong.

We would certainly purchase again should we have a need.
