Thank god for engineer Ken Thomas- please ask for Ken if possible - if it had not been for this friendly, efficient, non condescending individual my issue might well have been ongoing!!
Previous engineer visit was very unfortunate as first engineer ordered parts which were unnecessary.
Thanks to Ken for fixing the problem within minutes of arrival after waiting for these non essential parts for over a week!
Thank god you have him on the team!
