I lost all my glasses in a house fire and was leaving on vacation in 2 weeks time. I needed glasses and prescription sunglasses for my trip. I was able to reorder my previous glasses from my order history and received them within a week. I love all my glasses that I have ordered from Payne, great quality at a great price.😁

I first recieved a pair of glasses that, though i loved the frames, the prescription didnt seem right. I then ordered two separate, simpler pairs and was diaappointed by the 'silver' pair that was actually cheap metal spray-painted a blue-gray. I took the lenses out and put them in my old zenni frames but spending $200 for this DIY solution was a bummer to say the least.

"I needed bifocals that had the dividing…"

I needed bifocals that had the dividing line all the way across horizontally (Executive Bifocals). But I received a pair that has plain glass areas, causing distortion and inability to see in focus without moving my head side to side.

Retesting your website, I found that the lineless bifocal version was "not to be used with rimless designed frames". I could not choose this selection. Moreover, the frames I ordered were NOT rimless, they were half frames!!

Bottom line, I wasted $150 with Payne for glasses I cannot use!!!

it was simple to order. Just have your prescription handy. chose one of the less expensive frames since they are only to be used in the bedroom. They came in a timely fashion, and they work great. I will use this company again!
