At the local places I always had issues with the progressive lenses. None of them worked right away, always had to go back to adjust or even send them back in to wait for them yet another week.
With Payne I took a picture with my old glasses on and sent it in with my order and the progressives that came back with the glasses worked perfectly, right away.
Not to mention that the prices local for "Designer" frames are horrendous. I'm super happy with all my frames from Payne and they cost only a fraction of what I was used to pay.

I ordered glasses at my eye doctor they gave them to me and sent me on my way didn't care if they were comfortable or anything my bill was stupid high and glasses weren't comfortable came home immediately jumped online ordered glasses from Payne the price was a quarter the price made an error typing my prescription and ordered they arrived to find lenses were way off spoke with them to find that I gave them wrong information they told me to send them back and sent me a new pair Thanks Payne your an eye opening experience

I ordered a pair of glasses and the prescription was wrong. I blamed PG but it was my fault. PG accepted the return of the glasses and remade them at no cost. They were patient with me correcting the prescription. I very much appreciate the fantastic service from PG reps.
