Coming from a backdrop where another agent (Ticket Lords) had just duped me of £50 deposit; l was very weary. communication gap, got hotel voucher for Madinah hotel one day before in Makkah after calling them to UK.I have to cancelled all my paid transfers due to attitude of ajmal saeed who is looking after transfers in Makkah and Madinah.just used from Jeddah to Makkah hotel and for rest I have to booked on my own and paid extra money.After coming back from umrah email to company never got reply.Name of person who was dealing is mudassar.
Its up to individual to booked or not choice is yours.
To be honest before departure I have read review about ajmal saeed and told to mudassar at the end review was right about ajmal saeed company has to sack this type of person whose attitude is not good at all how to talk with customers and with double standard and arrogance.

"Booked umarah package"

Booked umarah package , hotal was booked on arrival they said no rooms are available , they have given us different hotal with cabs, 2 hours wait.
Transport they booked for us , was horfic, national travel company 12 people was book space with language was for 10 people, kids was on labs. Each journey transport driver was late 2 hours.
My advice never book any thing with this company, apart from getting visa for umarah.

The overall trip was beyond fantastic! I am not sure I will ever
go on another vacation that was as amazing as this one. This
7continents travel company was perfect. We did not have a
lot of time to plan this trip, so we needed some help. They
were organized and nailed exactly what we were looking
for....one week adventure and one week of relaxation. We
had high expectations for the trip and somehow the trip
surpassed them.
