"Unreliable and disinterested service"

I have used spacer for a year. I pay by credit card, but once used my debit card, being certain not to authorize future charges to that card. When spacer subsequently charged my debit card, it resulted in an overdraft of my account. Spacer refunded the payment plus my overdraft fee and assured it could not happen again. I confirmed that my debit card did not appear in my account on their site. This month my debit card was charged again. For two weeks I have been trying to get information on how they managed to charge my debit card (I gave up fighting for a refund after a week because they simply would not address the issue, and this time overdraft was not involved). When they respond, they fail to address clear and specific questions, and generally show an absolute and total lack of concern. I would like to rent my spot directly from the owner - guess I will look into that. This company provides a useful service, but the staff is incompetent and unprofessional at best. Isn’t it illegal to charge a card when you’ve been instructed in writing not to? You’d think they would want to fix this. You’d think…

"This is the biggest scam!!"

This is the biggest scam!!! I booked a parking spot over a month in advance. I was supposed to have it for the entire month of June. Paid already. The parking lot was full last night and when i contacted customer service asking what to do they cancelled my reservation without my permission and offered ZERO help besides, well send you a list of other spots in your town. So unprofessional I can't believe this is a real business.

They found me a covered space for my convertible corvette fast! I was waiting on some city garages forever. Location is exactly what I wanted, right downtown ground level. The remote gate is so easy and secure. I love that my toy is so taken care of.

"Good customer service but overall lacking in user base."

The individual that helped get us started, and been our main point of contact, is very responsive. That is great. Unfortunately, there may not be enough demand/marketing for this parking platform in our area, so we aren't getting our spaces booked up as we had hoped. We use a couple of other parking applications, and they have been getting regular users between transient and monthly parkers.

"Terrible. Still no payment or response."

I rented out my space, the support staff confirmed via email that the renter had paid even though the web site said $0.00 earned. Now the site says the payment failed, support is unresponsive and I still don't have any money deposited in my bank account. No wonder they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. I'll probably have no choice but to cancel the booking.
