I had smartshiel come out to clean my roof and they were great. They done a fantastic job my roof like brand new. They done a great job tidying up especially with the amount of moss on my roof. "Smart shield came in to fix a leaking …"

Smart shield came in to fix a leaking roof in Nov 2017. roof is still leaking and water damage in most of the rooms due to their over zealous power washing of the tiles. The tiles have been stripped off their protective coating. the company has promised to come back 4 times and so far have lied and promised to come back and we stay in and still they do not turn up. very very unprofessional and robbing us of nearly a £1000. it would be good if Smartshield could actually turn up and rectify the issues, and sort out the problem that we paid them for.

Nice people who did a good job of moss removal from our roof.
Initially we were very pleased with their work. However, after they had gone we discovered that all of the moss and debris had been distributed in one of our flower beds damaging seedlings we'd planted out the day before.

If they needed to leave all this mess behind we could have found several places for it to be left. It's a pity they didn't think to discuss this with us before dumpling the rubbish in an 'out of the way' flower bed.
