Made a last minute purchase for my off the grid camping trip. As advertised, it was perfect for our trip. It worked totally fine we were able to use so many gadgets, Flash lights and a portable car refrigerator and for many other devices. Ask twice over two phone calls to cancel an order and to get a refund and it never happened.

I received a power station about three weeks ago and it failed on the initial charge. It took 10 days for them to allow me to send the defective unit back. Now we are still waiting for a unit to use almost a month after they took my money.

"Looks like a great product"
Looks like a great product. I have played with it at home (no hard field test yet) but it has done more than I expected. My only complaint is I sent two emails to the support group for VTOMAN with a couple questions and have gotten no response. So not sure how well the warranty will hold up if I need it. Looks like a great addition to our dry camping (and maybe home power outages) adventures.

Paid for 2 stations Jump 2200 in July, received in September. The seller apologized for the delay and sent me an additional bag, a booster and 60 euros. It's great, everything is legal and very responsible, I recommend cooperation.
