Ordered a new motherboard for our washer. Came fast and we installed it and reprogrammed it as per the instructions. Wash started and got to soak and stopped. Had to switch it to drain and spin to empty washer of water. Reached out for replacement and got one with the same issues.
Now we're trying to get a refund and when I try to call their well hidden customer service number it says we're out of the area and the call cannot be completed. We've called them previously with no issues.

Ordered an icemaker for a KitchenAid KRFC704FPS. These guys are on it when it comes to getting you your package! Ordered it late Monday night and had it in hand on Wednesday! Changing out the icemaker is absolute cake…5 minutes max. Take out the ice bucket, look underneath and to the far right for a rectangular slot and take a butter knife and PUSH UP on the locking tab. Pull the assembly out a little to keep the tab from reengaging. Look to the left side and you should easily see the tab that needs to be pulled away from the wall with the knife. Once those two tabs are free, yank hard to remove the assembly. Disconnect the one connector and install new one in reverse. It’s that easy…
