Placed an order with them on 12/12/22. As of today no product, they don't have a tracking number, unresponsive to inquiries. My order was for only $3.24, would have fit in an envelope and could have been delivered within 2 weeks. So if you want to get your product go elsewhere. They are on Amazon and don't reply to them either.

My order arrived very quickly to Northern Ireland (5 Dylan machine dyes) within 2 days of ordering it . Samantha in customer services was so helpful as I had by mistake ordered the same dye twice. She corrected this with no hassle. Would order from them again and recommend the company
