"I ordered a product through Amazon…"

I ordered a product through Amazon using this company and it was promised delivery four days ago. It still has not arrived. Perhaps in the next few days it might arrive as I do live in Australia. But so far other items that have been ordered on line have arrived onto estimated time line.

I was a bit skeptical buying from here after seeing questionable reviews on Google about customers not receiving orders, and their website seeming a bit dated. However my order arrived well packaged and within a decent time frame, no tracking was supplied which made things a bit annoying, but overall a good experience!
