"Katie at St Albans was fantastic with my Daschund"

Katie at St Albans was fantastic with Magnus. His behavior and general confindence has definately improved after his 2week training camp. Katie sent whatsapp photos and daily updates of Magnus' progress and worked carefully through the aims we discussed when I dropped him off. They both had clearly bonded when I picked up my very happy Daschund. Would recommend, and Magnus will be returning for another week in August. 🐶

Morgan was amazing with our dog Jude. She kept us updated on his progress the whole time with photos and videos.
When we went back for handover he was so excited to see her! He is now responding to the commands she taught him and it’s already made a big difference in his dog reactivity. We’d highly recommend her!

Buddy is a 6 month old Doberman who went training with Abby at Birmingham, he had no recall and now is doing very good at this. Walking on lead is much better and Buddy really bonded with Abby, would highly recommend!

We have a border collie cross german shephard who is incredibly stubborn, scared of strangers and recall wasnt the best.
We thought lets do training with Katie, the best thing we ever done. Ziggy has come back amazing and we continue the amazing work and support Katie has given us.
Handover Katie was so patient and made sure we understood every step to the training.

We had a daily update which we were so looking forward to every day. Including training videos.
Couldnt be more happier.

Highly recommend Katie, incredibly passionate at what she does best :)

"Bear's Training Journey"

We booked our leash reactive and pulling-enthusiast terrier, Bear, into a 12-day training retreat with Katie at the North London branch. We could not be happier with the training he received! He's come back with many tools to manage the reactivity and clearly had the best time with Katie! They built a lovely bond which was great to see and he's so responsive to the tools he's learnt; results we didn't see with the previous dog trainer we used.

We received WhatsApp updates (including videos and photos) throughout the day and a nice summary at the end of each day which was much appreciated.

We've had him back for a few days now and have noticed a significant improvement in lead walking and increased focus on us. We've had to use his reactivity management tools a couple of times and he passed with flying colours.

Overall we are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Katie for all of your training needs!

"Residential Training St Albans"

We booked our 6 month old Blue Staffie in for 12 days training while we went on holiday. Katie was in regular contact with both detailed progress emails and WhatsApp videos & photos.
We had a thorough handover going over everything Hugo had been taught and given plenty of advise and tips on how to continue when we got home.
Over the last few days we have noticed a huge difference in Hugo’s behaviour and willingness to continue with the commands.
We are delighted with the investment we made in his 2 week stay.

"We booked our 18 month old cocker…"

We booked our 18 month old cocker spaniel in to 10 days training with Katie. We are very happy with the progress he made (recall and lead work) and Katie has given us all the tools and support to continue. She gave us daily updates, videos and an email which was great and reassuring. We were not happy with the care at the kennels he was staying at (booked with the training) but mydogstrainer and Katie in particular went above and beyond to look after him and we were incredibly grateful. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Took Pickles hoping to iron out some of his issues such as
[pulling on lead, jumping up and biting, commands and recall]
Much the same on his return no improvement
All she seems to have done for him
1. Playing with other dogs which I already stated that he already loved other dogs so that was not an issue or problem
Also because it seems to me the training was just giving him treats on lead work every few yards
On returning if you don’t give treats he pulls (so didn’t work)
He was given far too many treats so came back dehydrated, weight loss and diarrhoea as well CHARMING!!
Initially we were offered 5 or 12 days but in fact we only got 9 in all. This should be rectified on the website
As I am livid with the cost of all this I will be contacting a complaint ombudsman to report my findings
So we will be cancelling our one to one with Abbie as is a waste of time

"Maple’s training"

We’ve contacted with My Dogs Trainer, as we couldn’t manage our Maple on the walls, he was pulling like a horse…
Our trainer Katie was very lovely and kept us updated everyday with videos and photos. Maple our dog has learnt alot and although it's still early days we can see a massive difference in his behaviour and all round training. We still need to work with him to be consistent, but his walks are much more pleasurable than before.
