I gave 4 out of five because MW&S has had a high turn over rate. I had 4 different techs advising me 4 different ways in less than a year. The Owner retired and his Daughter took over but she lives out of state and cant reach either of them when need arises. The products are top quality and there is a new Tech on board who is very much into his job there. He is a fellow OffGridder and takes his job there at MW&S above and beyond! He stays with me after 5:00 pm on the phone if is needed. I cant say enough about about MW&S products and their new off grid employee. They are worth every penny and the actual store, alone, is worth the 6 hour drive to see.
