"Most plants were sent in poor health"
2nd edit:
You are making a huge fuss about photos not being sent with my initial message but do not mention that the contact form on the website does not have an option to attach photos. You have responded on Sunday just before 10 pm requesting photos; fairplay for you responding quickly however, that is quite late in the day to consider it a day of non-response, don't you think? That meant that the earliest I could have seen your message was next day and I have sent photos a couple of days not 4 days after your email due to my severe health problems which simply unpredictable as I explained; if only that was possible I would have finished my PhD. After you received my reply and photos, you completely ignored me for a long time and have been so "helpful" as you are implying. As you said, you have no duty to care but I guess human decency is about as common as common sense.
I would say that not receiving healthy plants and some dying plants is reason to find help where there is some since no help or understanding came from you.
And sure, fraud checks are there for good reason but why do you feel the need to mention that? Making assumptions again I suppose lol. Whether you like it or not or even if you admit it just to yourself you were mostly in the wrong; I'm only in the wrong for the delay caused by my health problems.
2 weeks quarantine? That's a joke! The bare minimum of having plants before reselling is a month and any imported plants should be held for 2 months before selling them.
Let's just agree to disagree because if you are incapable of assuming any blame in private emails, I can't imagine you will on here. We won't see eye to eye so let's stop this here.
Edit after response: There we go with blame deflection again... You have not tried to help even one bit. Give me a singular example where you offered any sort of help. You think you know it all but you still have so much to learn about plants i.e. correct identification.
Also loophole...if unable to agree some sort of resolution there is always a second means of resolution. If it's not through PayPal, there are means of resolution with the assistance of the bank where one may hold an account they have used to pay for the order. This was honestly one of the worst plant buying experiences ever.
You assume too much. I have a vast plant collection of nearly 300 plants, several humidifiers to ensure they all get the humidity they require and extensive experience of a lifetime with plants as I have started collecting plants since I was a child. I have done nothing but care for them but when plants arrive in a state it's a bit more difficult to help them recover. You have kept the plants in incorrect conditions.
For future orders from any buyers (I will definitely not be one of them) I would sugget the following:
Firstly, under no circumstances should a plant be sent with clear signs of pests.
Secondly, if a plant is not looking its best i.e. the severe yellowing from the Stromanthe Triostar or the root rot that the Sweedish ivy had, a courtesy message to confirm if the buyer still wants that plant makes perfect sense. And yes, reputable sellers do exactly that even for discounted plants or free plants.
Thirdly, a more thorough inspection of the plants should be carried out before posting i.e. a Fittonia should never be sent with nearly completely dry soil as it will either arrive in a state or downright dead.
Lastly, do not stock plants that you do not have the right conditions for growing.
Initial review: Most plants were sent in poor health, with pests and one of the plants was mislabelled. Sadly the seller was most unhelpful and deflected blame in every way possible. I had to request a partial refund for the affected plants through PayPal which is unfortunate. I believe in second chances but I would not buy from here again due to the approach taken to not resolve the problem.

The plants came beautifully packaged and were all healthy and just what I expected. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the philo mican had been recently cut down and that was a shame. Overall amazing service and will order again.

"Good luck dealing with any kind of dispute with this woman."
My friend kindly bought a plant from this company as a suprise for me, yet it never arrived, I contacted casandra and told her dpd had not put a card through even once never mind the 3 times they said they came, and on 2 of the occasions they allegedly tried to deliver I was home waiting for the delivery which never happened. Unfortunately Casandra is dishonest and quite unpleasant, she messaged my friend telling her due to my friend giving g her a 1* etsy review neither her nor my custom was welcome in the future. Her responce to my friends etsy review- "DPD tried to deliver to you friend 3 times over 6 days which is an extra attempt than they have to for perishable goods. You received 9 emails from them with delivery information and you friend was carded 3 times and made no contact with DPD even though we asked multiple times and spoke to her directly" so despite me contacting her and dpd to categorically state bo card was ever put through door and that dpd had not tried to deliver 3 times she is basically calling me a liar. Her customer service skills are lacking and she doesn't care about her customers.
*In responce to you're reply below.
You still maintain that I didn't contact dpd and that they repeatedly tried to deliver, firstly the gift was supposed to be a suprise so how could I know about the finer details such as delivery times.
Yes you clarified about the dates they claimed to 'attempt' delivery. On 2 of those occasions I was home all day, and even waited in all day monday as you had told her they would attempt delivery then, you can see from communication from my friend (screenshots of our messages) that I had waited in on tuesday and confirmed with her at around 2.30pm they still had not been.
Reiterating that they posted cards is untrue, when I told you they hadn't that was a fact, otherwise I would have logically made contact with them to not lose 2days waiting for something that was not being delivered.
I appreciate that you have agreed to refund her, which is only right considering none of it was her nor my fault.
I said you called me a liar because I have said numerous times they did not attend on all the occasions you said they did, apart from 2 photos of the outside of my home which could have been taken on the first visit as she sent them to me on friday. You are willing to take the word of 1/2⭐ dpd over a customer which is quite upsetting.
