Once we received an offer, Robinson Reade chased everything and kept their finger on the pulse throughout the whole process. Robinson Reade sold my house for me in Locks Heath. The whole team were outstanding & continually kept me up to date at all times.
They set up a "WhatsApp" group for my property which was a brilliant idea, as we were all able to use it at any time. It let me know of viewings (as well as receiving emails), instant feedback on a viewing, I could ask questions & I got instant replies - I thought it was amazing & so useful for me as the seller.
The tracking once I had sold was first class.
I truly can't fault this agent & I am extremely fussy!!!
